Goodbye Calendar Girl

May 27, 2014 By Talya Tate Boerner 5 Comments

goodbye Miss May

via MorgueFile

May is almost over. It was an exciting month for me because (in case you somehow missed it) I was “Blogger of the Month” at Arkansas Women Bloggers. As Calendar Girl, I was given free rein and my topics ranged from that 64-pack of crayons we all remember from childhood to the decline of rural America.

Yes, a random peep into how my brain works.

My last feature post as Miss May went live yesterday. I hope you’ll check it out. I’m talking about trending topics like #WhatJayZSaidToSolange. Sort of.

If you missed any of my Miss May posts, I’ve listed each below for easy access.

  • Miss May Intro  (May 1)
  • Growing Your Garden  (May 5)
  • Taking Back my Crayons  (May 12)
  • I Am Small Town Arkansas  (May 19)
  • Trending with Grace Grits and Gardening  (May 26)

If you’ve been following along, thank you, thank you very much. Miss May has left the building.

Talya, I so enjoy reading all your blogs.. I still have a box of 64 count crayons that belonged to my granddaughter..( Stephanie Gonzalez ) she is 26 now..I can’t remember exactly when she got them, I’de guess there at least 20 yrs. old.. And yes they still smell the same…..
