a peek inside: Fayetteville Whole Foods

February 27, 2016 By Talya Tate Boerner

Whole Foods Fayetteville Ar

Fayetteville’s first Whole Foods opens next week with a “bread-breaking” on March 2. As a blogger, I took advantage of the invitation to peek inside the new store.  And as someone who moved from East Dallas where we had a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe’s within a few blocks of our house, I’m excited. FYI: I was not compensated for this post, but I did receive a big bag of swag as part of the tour. Opinions are my own. Continue Reading

Lucy and Annabelle go to Lake Fayetteville

Wilson Park, Fayetteville’s oldest park, is a 22.75-acre oasis within walking distance of our house. And, a river runs through it. Well, actually a creek—Scull Creek. As Lucy and Annabelle stood watching from the bridge above, it was as though they understood the immenseness of the place beyond our spot in the Ozark Mountains—that the water beneath them would join the Illinois River and eventually flow into the Gulf of Mexico. The world is astonishing, even for dogs.

Especially for these dogs.Continue Reading
