P i c t u r e d: after the rain…
- Last of the tomatoes.
- Raindrops on roses.
- Fall leaves.
Like most of the country, we’ve had wild weather and lots of rain this week. Although I’m thankful for the rain, Lucy and Annabelle were not happy pups. In fact, Lucy was downright cranky about it. Annabelle gave me her sad look, her “why aren’t you doing something about this?” look.
Between downpours, I snapped a few pictures trying to capture the fat raindrops. Too bad the iPhone doesn’t come with a smell of rain feature. There should be an app for that.
Rain is good writing weather, but I haven’t gotten much accomplished. I’ve been consumed with my book cover design, which I realize is a good problem to have.
I feel a bit overwhelmed today. Can you tell?

There really is a lot that goes into a book cover, isn’t there? I’m sure it will be perfect.

Always remember that IT IS YOUR BOOK. You have to pick the cover that is right for your story. Yes, I’m sure it will be perfect.

Love this! Thanks, have a good weekend. (I predict that cover will be just right.)
