canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
do not drain

adobo sauce

package of frozen meatballs
Method
Dice peppers. Whisk together first five ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs and return to a boil.
Turn heat to low and simmer 45 minutes. Serve warm.
